For the TED Main Titles, the director, Seth McFarlane, needed to show both the developement of it's main characters John and Ted's relationship over the years but also introduce John's girlfriend into the story line and give the veiwers a sense of their personalities. All of this needed to happen within the short, 2 1/2 minute piece. We wove through stills, footage and social media pages to create the storyline that brought viewers up to date.
